Yes I would. Only problem I had was with the doctors mask. She spoke very fast and my difficulty hearing made it hard to understand most everything she said.

Dr. Chen is very qualified and professional.
You may have to wait a little while - but in my experience that seems to be quite normal. Her staff is a little on the quite side - I’ve been told “rude” not sure I would see it that way.
