0 customer service expensive service same price on shirts they charge 6bucks even on a tshirt they have no price menu displayed this guys just charge whatever they feel like it it was my first and last time using this ppl..I always take my clothes to 1 by my house and I have never paid over 45bucks,here I overpaid.

Do not take your clothes here. I came to this location for the first time as i needed a suit dry cleaned in a hurry. It lists at their business that if you take your clothes in before 9:00am, they are ready by 5:00pm. So i took my clothes in at 8:00am and dropped them off. I showed back up by 5:00pm same day and the guy there could not find my shirt. I sat there and waited for 10-15 minutes while he looked for it. He told me that he couldn’t find it and would call me. So I left and waited until after they closed and never got a phone call. I waited until the next day, when it was already too late to get my clothes on time, and it was noon with still no phone call. For the most part I'm very satisfied with the services and good customer service. Every blue moon they might not get my jeans extra starched no crease like I'd prefer but i wouldn't take my clothes any other place. And they also hold your clothes well over a year for you if need be. Now that's Awesome ? ?
