My Mom has been having lots of trouble and failures with several salons in the Garland, Mesquite area. She's come home in tears because the stylists WON'T listen to her wants and concerns. I came across Beautiful Hair Boutique, made a phone call, spoke with Dina, made an appointment. My Mom left in tears once more, but this time was HAPPY tears, she told me she feels Pretty for the first time since my sister passed 3 years ago. She was our beautician. Dina thank you SOOOO much!!!! Seeing her this giddy touched my heart. You listened, informed and instructed her on what would work best for her. You have made a lifetime customer. Recommend this place 💯 %.

Reached out several times and my calls were ignored, voicemail and text for appointment availability ignored as well. If that's the method of setting appointments that you offer, I guess being flat out ignored means you can't get on the schedule. Not good customer service.

I first went to Dina when I was new to the area and trying a new hair dresser which is always stressful. I had done the whole quarantine self bleaching and coloring and was afraid of a stylist judging me. Dina was the first stylist I tried and was so happy that I went with her and I’ve never looked back! She’s great at what she does AND a terrific person. I’ve referred all my friends and they’ve loved her as well!
