Dial One was quick to book an appointment. Their friendly admin staff was very helpful. The call-out fee is mandatory, and they only come to assess, so the work wasn't done the same day. But once the plumbers were there 2 days later, they did all they could to figure out and fix the problems. A big shout-out to James & Will, who were excellent in their communication and work-ethic. I will certainly call on these folks again.
James and Ashton worked tirelessly to troubleshoot our tankless hot water heater and left us with a temporary fix and game plan for a long term solution. We appreciate their professionalism, communication, and work ethic!
Jose R and Maliah did an excellent job! And the service was very informative. Jose took his time to explain the issues and had several options to choice from when it came to the fixing the problem.
