DFW Home Health is a company that provides excellent care. They have a team of competent, caring, and professional nurses, OT, and PT staff. Clients have praised the nurses, stating they were great and professional. The administration is also highly regarded for their communication and the providers for their strong work ethic.
MIXED BAG OF PROS AND CONS—
Paulette has been outstanding from the very beginning with assisting me with the ins and outs of the Home Care industry, as well as being a great listener . Christy , the Director so far has been patient and has also been a good listener. As my mother is in the middle of getting Care right now, I will revisit this review , depending on the circumstances involving some negativity encountered —I. e. —no agency is perfect, but the physical therapy also has been great ( Lawyer and Amanda) and the nurse Aid that came to bathe my mother ( Nancy) has been a GODSEND. More to follow at a later time
This place only have one person in the whole DFW area . She has canceled,she has been a no show or no call. She thinks everyone is on her time. This place need to hire more people to bath people. Most people get one bath a week. This is ridiculous the way they treat the elderly
We have used this company for my husband and myself they are excellent. Like all companies, they have challenges, mainly schedule proceedings and staffing. We have been blessed to have Nurse Venessa l. She is one of the most competent, caring, and professional young ladies one could be in the care of.A jewel of a person and follow up.We can say nothing but good things about our OT and PT team.any hick ups we have had are off set by the staff.
