DFW Home Health is a company that provides excellent care. They have a team of competent, caring, and professional nurses, OT, and PT staff. Clients have praised the nurses, stating they were great and professional. The administration is also highly regarded for their communication and the providers for their strong work ethic.
This place only have one person in the whole DFW area . She has canceled,she has been a no show or no call. She thinks everyone is on her time. This place need to hire more people to bath people. Most people get one bath a week. This is ridiculous the way they treat the elderly
We have used this company for my husband and myself they are excellent. Like all companies, they have challenges, mainly schedule proceedings and staffing. We have been blessed to have Nurse Venessa l. She is one of the most competent, caring, and professional young ladies one could be in the care of.A jewel of a person and follow up.We can say nothing but good things about our OT and PT team.any hick ups we have had are off set by the staff.
This company came highly recommended from someone who is rarely happy with any service. Every nurse that saw me was great! I told the Manager that most companies has at least one bad apple! I never saw any bad apple here! My experience was great from everyone here!Would recommend this company!!
