I just had a buckle flipped on a belt. Deno’s was recommended by Goyard and LV so I figured they must be good. I called before I went in and they were polite on the phone and gave me an estimated price without seeing the item and even told me they’re abt 2 weeks out. It was the holiday season so understandable. I left my item and even though they were BUSY they were still VERY polite. I hadn’t heard anything back about my item so I reached out. And the reason why I reached out was because I seen the volume of people in there myself and figured it could’ve been overlooked and already done and maybe perhaps didn’t have the time to send a message. Once again, lady on the phone was very polite said my item is ready. I went and picked up my item a few days later and the same lady who I had been conversing with on the phone was the sweetest thing! I will definitely be taking more items there. I will say I would wait longer for the quality work than going to some flimflam shop, and having them rush it and ruin my designer items.
