I had a great experience with Dallas Tailors last week - I asked them to hem my kids' school uniforms on fairly shortly notice, and they did an excellent job. A special shout-out to Courtney who kept her cool in the back-to-school craziness and even offered to drop off my daughter's skirts! I will be back!

EXCELLENT job on my most recent visit. I took about ~12 pairs of slacks and chinos, plus a suit, tuxedo pants, and a sport coat for alterations. SPOT ON with the shorter length on the paints, suit jacket cut shorter, and tuxedo pants taken in at the waist. If you want a bespoke tailor for a great price, this is it.

So incredibly thankful for this gem! I brought my daughter's formal gown to be hemmed on a rush. She goes to school out of state and needed it within a short time. The sweet seamstress was able to accommodate the timeline and did a fabulous job. It wasn't just a straight hem job as she also had to do the liner and accommodate for a split. So very happy with the outcome and process. Thank you, thank you!

I went to have Boy Scout patches sewn on my sons sash. I sent her a detailed picture of how they should look like and made sure she received the text and picture. They charged me almost $70 for like 15 patches or so, at least six of them were not done incorrectly. They were upside down, including the Liberty Bell. It was obviously upside down the way it was sewn on. I tried to ask them if they could fix it and I got no response. She had my phone number and could've contacted me if she didn't know. Her excuse was that she couldn't find the picture. She could not speak very good English, and I just did not want to deal with it, so I just fixed it myself.
Update: The management contacted me after my review, and kindly refunded me the money for the patches that were not sold correctly. Appreciate the effort.

I am extremely satisfied with the alterations performed by the experienced seamstress on staff. Furthermore, the woman that helped me organize the needed modifications to my daughter’s prom dress was super kind. I later found out she is the new owner! She stated that she purchased the business in early 2024. I complimented her about the solid modifications she’s made to the lobby area. I’d give this place 6 stars but Google only let me rate it at 5.

UPDATE! Happy to report back and say that I am impressed with how quickly and professionally my issue was resolved. The owner reached out directly and said the shop is under new management and assured me that he would rectify the situation. I understand that issues arise but what's most important is the integrity of a business. Thank you Dallas Tailor's & Dry Cleaning for providing stellar customer service.
