The quality of the service is very good. One customer had a white dress shirt with chocolate syrup that was completely gone. I started coming to Dallas Parkway dry-cleaners recently after having gone to other cleaners who were ridiculously expensive. I was pleasantly surprised of how good my jacket looked when I picked it up and how reasonable their prices were. The staff are very professional and polite. I am glad I found this place.
I needed somewhere trustworthy to take my rehearsal dinner dress and another delicate white dress to be dry cleaned. The staff was very helpful and prices very reasonable. I would trust them with anything!
I came in with a very specific type of dress material that got ink stains on it from going on the wash with a pen. I honestly lost hope for this dress and they were able to make it look spotless. Not sure what type of magic they use but they were so fabulous. My neighbor recommended them and I see why. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs dry cleaning services in the future.
