Christina and Alessandro talk a big game and can’t deliver. Once I got deep in my loan process Alessandro was no where to be found. Only after getting incredibly upset would he give a quick answer to show face and disappear again.Christina ALWAYS had a colorful excuse. She said she was doing something like verifying employment. Then I’d ask my employer and nothing. Needless to say my loan process never even went to underwriting because they never sent it.Stay away. If you do choose to use them. The second they give you delayed answers or don’t show you proof of work being performed RUN!Be sure to ask for proof of them sending documents , set due dates with them, REQUIRE responses…they cannot be trusted otherwise.

I am using Sandro for the 3rd time to purchase a home. The 1st time was my first experience buying a house. He was available to answer all questions and made it really easy to get through the process. 2nd time was easier because i better understood the process, but he was right there beside me through it all. This 3rd time is no different. He and his team are immediately responsive! good interest rates, ease of doing business, on time closings!
