I called the Dallas Air Conditioning Service at 10:30 AM today. Amanda said they would be here between noon and four today, for ac service. 11:15 Vincent and Junior were here, at my Condo, today!! Vincent and Junior were nice, professional Vincent knew what he was doing,, “ I need a new Air Conditioner. “
I bought this condo a month and a half ago. There were problems with plumbing, moved into the condo. Now I will know that air conditioning and plumbing are tip top with Dallas Air Conditioning and Plumbing. This will take a while with a New ac. I’ll be back with the new ac and I’ll post again! Vincent at Dallas Heating & Air has been a pleasure to work with. He’s sharp, dependable, and really knows HVAC inside and out. Anytime I’ve worked with him, he’s shown up on time, communicated clearly, and taken care of the job without any issues.
What I appreciate most is his professionalism and honesty—he doesn’t oversell or overcomplicate things, just gets right to the point and delivers quality work. It’s rare to find someone that reliable in the HVAC world.
If you need someone who knows what they’re doing and makes the process easy, Vincent is a great choice.
I just had my last service visit with Vince and Dallas Heating and AC since my townhome is going on the market. I can't tell you how great he and this company has been to work with over the past 4 years. I have zero complaints about any other their service visits or the work they have done for me. The prices are reasonable and the work excellent. If I weren't moving out of state I would be continuing to use them. Thanks for everything!
