Ramiro was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Found the issue right away but did not have a replacement part. I decided to go with another company as the repair was much cheaper and just paid $125 service fee. 3 stars as I was told I was first call in the morning and he did not show up til after 1230.

I called the Dallas Air Conditioning Service at 10:30 AM today. Amanda said they would be here between noon and four today, for ac service. 11:15 Vincent and Junior were here, at my Condo, today!! Vincent and Junior were nice, professional Vincent knew what he was doing,, “ I need a new Air Conditioner. “ I bought this condo a month and a half ago. There were problems with plumbing, moved into the condo. Now I will know that air conditioning and plumbing are tip top with Dallas Air Conditioning and Plumbing. This will take a while with a New ac. I’ll be back with the new ac and I’ll post again! Thank you, Vincent, Junior, Amanda and Dallas Air Conditioning Service.
