Dallas Gutter and Repair gives exceptional service. They did a great job with the gutters on our home about 15 years ago, so we had them back to put gutters on the cabana. I asked for a minor change, they came back and made the change even the miscommunication was my fault, not theirs, and even though I had already paid. Also, they didn't ask for a review.
Dallas Gutter & Repair did an outstanding job for us. The gutters are so nice it's tough to know when it's raining on our patio - and they look fantastic too. The crew was very responsive and considerate. Can't say enough about the great work they did.
Initially I had a great experience with this company, last year I had large gutters installed on my back porch. The quote process as well as the work done was done quickly and efficiently and they did not try to oversell anything. The gutters however, do not handle moderate to high rainfall. I asked them to come out and see if they could make an adjustment and also expressed that I would pay for any additional work or materials needed. They have not come out and they have become unresponsive. I attached pictures of my gutters during rainfall.(edit) They contacted me and came out to see what the issue was with my gutters.
