She was direct, clear, and extremely thorough with her instructions before the session began, which immediately put me at ease. By the time we started, I felt informed, prepared, and confident going into the session. From start to finish, the environment felt like a true safe space, respectful, calm, and free of any judgment. Katie knocked and respectfully checked in during the treatment, while remaining mindful of my privacy and personal space, and she was in and out quickly so I could fully enjoy my “me time.” That balance of attentiveness and discretion truly speaks volumes about the level of care provided here. The results have been incredible. After each session, I felt noticeably lighter, less bloated, and significantly less stressed. The experience itself was surprisingly soothing, far more relaxing than I expected. On top of that, Katie took the time to educate me on what to eat afterward, nothing heavy, and how probiotics and supplements can support healthy digestion. That added level of guidance truly elevates the service. And yes, I experienced real, measurable results, 8 pounds after my first session and 6 pounds after my second. It was shocking in the best way and reinforced for me how important proper colon care can be as part of overall wellness. If you are even slightly considering this service, especially if you’re feeling nervous, I highly recommend coming here. You will be treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine care in a space that truly prioritizes your comfort.

Friday I went to get a colonic. The customer service was terrible. Katie was extremely rude and dismissive when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the communication. She kept talking over me and even had the audacity to tell me how I should feel. To make matters worse, the equipment was dirty. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I definitely won’t be returning.

I’m so glad I found this place! I started getting colonics a few months ago after being recommended to try them, and I’m so happy I did. Each session leaves me feeling amazing and refreshed. All the nurses are super kind, patient, and make you feel comfortable the whole time. 10/10 recommend coming here for your colonic they’re the best

I did NOT have a good first time experience for a Colonic Cleanse.
Instructions were quickly glossed over by a front desk attendant. I was not able to even begin the treatment due to extreme discomfort after a 2nd attendant attempted to assisted with administering the instruments.
There was no confirmation of services and/or cancelation policy sent when I set the appointment. Even after the experience I still have not received a receipt for the services that I was charged in full but never received.
I did voice my disappointment at checkout but there was no attempt to salvage the lost session. Instead I was advised that the payment was still due upfront.
This was not handled properly or professionally. I do not recommend this place.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience
I had a terrible experience at this place. I had a 1:30 PM appointment but wasn’t seen until 1:50 PM. I wasn’t alone—two other guests with me also experienced the same delay.
When I finally got to a room, the staff member rushed through the instructions, which was especially unhelpful considering it was our first time using this specific machine. I’m no stranger to colonics—I’ve had plenty—and every other facility I’ve been to always had a hydrotherapist stay with me for at least the first 5–10 minutes. That was not the case here.
The staff member turned on the machine and left without ever checking back. I rang the call button for help, but no one came. As a result of being completely unattended, I ended up vomiting all over myself and the room within the first two minutes of the session.
When he finally returned, he offered no assistance or concern for my condition. I also expected the woman working there to offer help, but she didn’t step in either. There was absolutely no empathy or professionalism—just a demand for payment, even though I didn’t receive a full session. His excuse? That I “reserved a room that could’ve been used by someone else”—which is ridiculous, considering they were 20 minutes late getting started.
The service was negligent, rude, and completely unprofessional. I told him I wasn’t comfortable paying the full amount since I didn’t receive the service, and I even offered to pay something—but he disregarded that and charged my card anyway. I’ll be contacting my bank for a full refund.

I have been going to this facility for many years now. Dallas Colon Care Center provides exceptional service with a focus on cleanliness and professionalism. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. Katie is friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, ensuring that all questions are answered and patients feel at ease. I travel 55 minutes to get there, but it is worth it.
