This company is so horrible. He sits here and says he does polish and wax at the same time. You can’t combine polish and wax. They’re two different things. It sucks because this guy is destroying boats one boat at a time in Las Vegas. He goes wet sand, the clearcoat off instead of fixing it because he doesn’t know how to fix nothing, trust me horrible I wouldn’t use this guy to save my life and he can’t take criticism you try to criticize him. He wants to act like he’s gonna come over and then he shows up at your house and run like a little girl use this guy depended on it.

I am beyond pleased. They worked hard to polish my black toy hauler that was so oxidized from the sun that it looked like charcoal gray. I was embarrassed when I would pull up to a campsite. Now I can’t wait for my next trip!

I contacted Gerald around 4/20/20 about detailing my 5th wheel camper. Through text messages, he was very informative and after sending him pictures of the unit, he gave me a reasonable quote for the job. I agreed to pay an extra $75 since he would have to travel outside of his service area. We set an appointment for 4/28/20. I sent a text early that morning stating that it was raining and we rescheduled for 5/2/20. On 5/2/20, He did not show up, nor did he contact me with an explanation or an attempt to reschedule. I sent a text two days later asking if I should find someone else to do the job and also received no reply. I really wanted to give a good review, but not keeping appointments is unprofessional.

Crystal Clear did a great job at detailing my RV! He provides great conversation and a great detailing job all while making sure you are satisfied with the results. I will definitely be going back to Crystal Clear anytime I need my RV detailed.

Gerald has always done a great job. I have a 1992 Bluebird Wanderlodge (all metal painted coach) and have had Crystal Clear detail it once a year for the last 4 years. They have helped keeping it look almost new and also restored the aluminum wheels to a bright shine. Highly recommended.
