The manager was unprofessional and had pushed my fiancé to get a pedicure and then she over charged me with my dip powder 49.00 really?this was my fourth time going here.The man that did my nails did a great job however. Will not be going here again hate to say it. You just don't overcharge people and expect them to return especially people whom are struggling to find a job. the only reason i had my nails done was because i have a job interview monday.

I've been to this nail salon many times because of the convenience (it's in my office building and it has a really nice atmosphere). It always takes way too long (usually 3 hours), even with an appointment, and there is always a lot of turnover with staff. I've given them lots of chances. I've been a loyal customer here but after my last visit this week, I won't be back. I went in at 5:15 pm and asked if they had time to do aa pedicure and dipping powder. The owner, Krystal, said yes and another person started the pedicure. That part was okay. However, they wrapped my nails in foil and acetone and left them wrapped for almost 2 hours! Even after my pedicure was done, it was another hour before Krystal started on my nails. By then, it was 7:15 pm and they were scheduled to close at 7:30 pm. At this point, I would've left if my nails hadn't been sitting in acetone for 2 hours! I guess because she was in a hurry, Krystal was very rough with my cuticles and it was quite painful. It would be one thing if it happened on one finger, but it was on multiple fingers. She told me she needed to pick up her daughter and I could tell she was irritated. Again, she could've told me initially she didn't have time to do my nails when I first got there. She was very rough with the filing as well, filing not only my nails but my cuticles. Before she put on the clear coat, she asked for my debit card and had another girl run it, who said it was declined. They took another card and said it was declined too. Turns out, the girl didn't know how to run the machine! After Krystal put on the clear coat, she rushed off without as much as a thank you and she pretty much rushed me out the door while my nails were still not completely dry. It was 8:15 pm when I left. I was there 3 hours, which for this place is not unusual. As a long time customer who has spent a whole lot of money at this salon, I was extremely disappointed with the pain and unprofessionalism. Three days later, my cuticles still hurt and burn, are swollen, and very dry from sitting in the acetone for so long. After giving this place so many chances,they have lost my business. As I said, I won't be back!

I've been going here for awhile and the owner is awesome! She does an amazing job as does the rest of the staff! Plus they have excellent margaritas!

Brought my wife in for our anniversary. Amazing service. We had an hour long Mani/Pedi that almost put me to sleep. The Technician realized I had discomfort due to an ingrown nail. He had someone with more experience step in and fixed the pain in my toe expertly. I will now be a regular. Above and beyond

Just left the salon. They were amazing. I got a pedicure and a new set of gel nails. Very pleased all the way around. Quality work and very kind and not pushy. I just moved to this area a week ago and was certain I would have to try several places but I will be back here. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Only reason I'm not giving one star is because the pedicure was pretty good. I have only been here twice, the service by the nails techs are not the problem here, the pushy owner/manager is. When I went the second time for the pedicure, as soon as the owner saw me, she tried to push a pedicure on me that would cost over seventy dollars. I told her no, as that's too expensive for most people. She still tried to push. I felt uncomfortable but had a long day and just wanted to get the pedicure over with. She asked if I wanted anything to drink. I asked if I could please get some water, she opted to bring a margarita instead that she kept telling me to try... She also asked if I wanted a design on my toe. I told her no, I just like regular polish. She told me I should try it, once again said no thanks. She then finally stopped coming over to me. I checked out and gave her a coupon I had for 15% off all services which of course she said was expired (I checked the coupon for an expiration before I even used it because she's very shady so I knew she would likely deny the coupon). She said they have new coupons and that she would give me 10% off... I was over the fact that she's going to let go of a repeat customer over 5% so I just said fine. Both times I have been here around 5-6 on a weekday and hardly anyone is there. I can see why, the owner is very pushy and awkward, makes you feel uncomfortable when you are there to relax.
