Sent an email inquiry and never got reply about the membership

I am at a loss. I have always dreamt of staying at The Crescent. When my sister and I were finally able, we were utterly heartbroken. We were greeted by a less than helpful front desk associate, but little did we know, this would be the least of our worries. After entering our room & settling in, we noticed an overwhelming scent of animal urine & a general itch. After we requested to be moved rooms, our next room was particularly discomforting as several bug bites began to appear on both of our legs (see attached photos). Absolutely great service all around, the lady at front desk Petra, the most helpful and lovely person. James the concierge, really made me feel at home and had great suggestions. A big plus about this hotel, it's beautiful and modern and they actually have an amazing sauna in their workout center and cold plunge! Cold plunge!
