I get greeted with a smile every time I come in. They Know me and my girlfriend just by us walking in. They recognize our faces and even know our names.. myself personally I've only picked up from Craftsman cleaners a few times but that's all it took to be welcomed like family... they are very well organized and the time you drop your stuff off and even when you pick your stuff up is all settled in a manner of a minute or so and that's if you decide to hold a conversation.. they are super friendly and are one of the most reasonably priced dry cleaners in the North Dallas area. I would highly recommend them to anyone
