DO NOT USE AS AN INTERNSHIP FOR UTD. When you first start everything is fine, until they completely change the amount of hours you work and your entire job description. The pay is minimal and you won't receive your 3 month review/ pay review no matter how often you ask, they'll make excuses to postpone it. Very unorganized and unethical. This is not what professional work is like. UTD will deny this internship due to all the previous bad reviews from students. I found this on handshake be cautious. Went in for part time ended up working almost full time hours. As an intern I got paid $10 and hour doing the work of someone who should be getting paid $18-20hr!

The leadership is unfocused, and they do not understand what they are doing nor do they understand business ethics. They are ineffective and unskilled.
