Absolutely terrible experience. They did not walk us through pricing upfront and pushed unnecessary shots and exams that we explicitly said we did not want. The entire visit was recorded and later used to claim that pricing was disclosed, but only the list of shots was mentioned not the actual costs. At no point were we told what anything would cost before the exams and add-ons were performed.This felt misleading and calculated rather than transparent. If you don’t clearly ask for written pricing upfront, expect surprises. This will be the last time I use this company.

City Vet | Uptown has very good Dr's when it comes to your pet. They explain to you what they need to do and are very caring. All the Dr's from City Vet are so amazing. I'm very satisfied with them. I give them 1000 % stars. My is 7 bunnies that I have only part of them have been seen by the City Vet. But if they get sick I will take them the City Vet.

I’ve called as soon as they opened on two different occasions to see if I could drop off my sick pets and they were able to get me in. I’m so grateful for Cityvet Uptown’s staff for taking great care of my babies!

I’m pet sitting my absolute favorite pup, and he got really sick while I was watching him. The staff were amazing. they were able to work him in two days in a row since his kennel cough got really bad quick and made everything as easy as possible for me, even with the owner out of town. It was super stressful, but their care and flexibility made it so much easier!

Dr Duran was great with my Ellie Mae. This was an initial visit since moving to Dallas and really liked her process and handling of my old girl. Have to check back in 2 weeks and all seems good.
Good to have the comfort of a good vet here in Dallas.
