I took my daughter to the CityDoc on Preston in August for a simple sports physical. I am now recieving bills for services she did not recieve including vaccines and labs. They even billed the exam wrong. Now I can't reach anyone in billing to make the corrections. I even drove back to the clinic to see if they could correct the medical record which theybstated they couldn't. I'm hoping this gets someone's attention before I have to report them for fraud.

They WILL take x-rays of your broken ankle and you will pay them, however they will NOT provide any treatment for your broken ankle or give you a referral for an ortho specialist. I have been stuck walking around on a broken ankle for a week now. They should not charge or provide services in which they will not help provide treatment

Take your GI issues to some one competent, 3 weeks to schedule Jujenostomy tube replacement to find out that they canceled radiology study and scheduled surgical intervention at last second. So confused and frustrated. can't wait to be done with this hospital. -50 out of 10
