While the employees in the building are nice I don’t appreciate being forced to use an ai “call assistant” providing information and then being hung up on. Give me to option to wait and speak to a person.

If you can, go here on a weekend. LaDeidra will be working at the front, and she is absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I went here on a Saturday after I needed some tests done, and we had so many questions. She sat with us and answered every single one. She was incredibly kind, and very knowledgeable. Making the whole experience a great one!

Went in last week, and the experience was 10/10. The girl in the front, Kate, greeted me with a smile and went the extra mile to insure I was covered and explained the process step by step! The Nurse, Jamaria, and provider , Dr. Cuadros, also provided exceptional care and were fantastic. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need medical treatment again!

I was referred to this CareNow location after a workplace injury in February 2025. What I experienced here was incredibly frustrating and disappointing — especially at a time when I was in pain and needed help. The doctor repeatedly refused to complete my work restriction forms properly, even after I told her my pain was too severe to return to work. I was told, “I’m not allowed to give time off,” and that I should go to another clinic if I needed it. That didn’t sit right with me. When I spoke with a supervisor, I was told something along the lines of “You should find a new job, if you're really about your hustle” — which felt completely unprofessional and dismissive of my situation. I could not believe my employer would be in contract with a company like this. After confirming a follow-up appointment, I showed up only to wait 45 minutes and be told that the doctor had refused to see me and had already contacted my workers’ comp company to stop treatment. I was never notified of this, and no alternative care was offered. I’ve since filed complaints with the Texas Medical Board and the Division of Workers’ Compensation. No one should be treated this way when they’re injured and trying to recover. If you're dealing with a work-related injury, I highly suggest looking for care somewhere else.------HERE IS THE FOLLOW UP SINCE CARENOW POSTED THE FREEFORM RESPONSE PRETENDING TO BE SORRY FOR MY EXPERIENCE ETC.....CARENOW HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL ME AND TELL ME SHE DID NOT SAY THOSE THINGS. LIKE I REALLY JUST MADE THAT UP, AND THEN TRY TO TALK AROUND IT AS IF IT WAS SAID ANOTHER WAY. THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A MEDICAL FACILITY OF ANY CALIBER. IF ANYONE SENDS YOU HERE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY ARE ONLY LOOKING TO PROTECT THEMSELVES.

Great urgent care facility. Friendly nurses, front desk and doctors as well. I always feel taken care of when I go there.
