Came in well after close not knowing fhe friday hours had changed back to 6. The gate was already closed by the, but the staff was very helpful and friendly and let me in and even helped me pick out what i needed. Sorry for coming so late, but thank you so much to Donna, LaRae and Francisco for being so kind and assisting regardless of the time!

My mom and I went into Calloways (7600 Greenville Ave) yesterday and had the best time. We were greeted by Donna and she asked if we needed any help. We told her we were there to see the pumpkins and she told us all about the different ones they had. Everything was set up so well. They had them set up like a little pumpkin patch. It was so cute! The store was very clean and had clear aisles. An employee was watering the plants and another employee asked us if we needed any help. They had so many cute fall items to get you ready for the cooler weather. We were both offered cold water which helped keep us cool during our visit. Walked in pretty clueless and Donna was so immensely helpful! Left feeling confident and excited about my new flowers, hard to choose from all the beautiful options. No one rushed me even when I had a cash-register-realization and ran to grab something else. Thank you Donna!
