James from Bugco was here to spray our home. He answered every question I had and explained what I could expect in the coming days and what to look out for. He was extremely polite and confident in his answers. If I need pest service again I will definitely go to them.

Germaine came to remove what I thought was a live rat but turned out to be a live young squirrel that was under my china cabinet in my house. He was great!! He was very patient with the squirrel to coax him outside without hurting him. I really appreciated that. He was friendly, confident and professional about what needed to be done.I would request him in the future for any of my pest control needs. Job well done!

It seems that no matter who they send out to do the work, the quality of the job is excellent. Cade was equally professional and did the same quality work that James had been doing. So happy with the service! And the bugs no longer are a major issue.
