They keep texting me using different numbers each time I block 🚫 them they get a new number and call me again I hate it and it sucks 😒 I told them no but kept texting I will never ask them to be cleaners at our house

After our first clean by Breathe Maids, I knew the reoccurring service would be worth the investment. I'm so glad we chose this team! Ms. Tina manages the schedules. She's wonderful, passionate, and cares a lot about her clients. Ms. Shabricka cleaned for us and is very thorough, pleasant, and respectful of my home. I can’t rave enough about this company !! Our home has been under a complete remodel since July 2024. We were scheduled to move back in Saturday Feb. 8th and had a post construction cleaning appt set for Friday the 7th. The morning of the 7th @ 8:30 the company cancelled and left me high and dry. I was in a complete panic as the house needed a deep clean and we were moving back in the next day. I was given the name of Tina with Breathe Maids. I contacted her by 9:30 that morning , she picked up right away, was so empathetic to my situation and said I’ll call you back in 30 minutes and will see if I can get someone there. Well she called me back and said a wonderful lady by the name of Sharbicka would be at our house by 12 AFTER she finished up the job she was working on. Well let me just tell you when this amazing woman showed up , she was all smiles , and said I got this and it’ll be fine. 7 hours later , true to her word the place was beyond fine it was great ! All the shutters washed , cabinets vacuumed out and washed , wood flooring cleaned, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned , all our light fixtures cleaned . The place smelled amazing and I was beyond grateful ! 🙏
To have a company and their employee take on this task on the day of and me a new customer - you don’t find that very often. It meant so much. They saved my sanity !! And Tina called me the following morning to make sure we were happy with the work and ask if I was okay. Who does that? I’ll tell you a company that cares and hires fantastic folks who do exceptional work.
I would highly recommend this company - especially the lovely Sharbicka - excellence in customer service and quality of work.
