I had a lash lift and tint as well as eyebrow wax and tint done by Bibi and it was such a great experience! She was super sweet and made me feel really comfortable. Her space was clean, calm, and welcoming. I love how my lashes turned out—highly recommend her!

I booked same day for a lash removal an Bibi was able to get me in. She is super sweet and very informative. I had gotten my lashes done a week before so they were pretty fresh but I explained to Bibi that my eyes were irritated. Even though it wasn't her work, she agreed to take them off for me. The lashes were pretty hard to work with and It’s important to keep in mind that it’s not her work- she didn't know what I was coming in with. Her gel remover got some off but not all.
(Side note: I’m also a lash tech and have been in the business for 5 years but did not address that coming into the business, typically I just like to see how informative a lash artist is and to see what service I’m provided and Bibi was STELLAR. Her customer service is 10/10.)
She did have to take majority of the lashes off with tweezers (in this case, I’d do the same thing) since they weren’t budging. She was very accommodating. She was running behind on her clients and I felt so bad. I kept apologizing and she just kept assuring me that everything was fine and that she had to start what she finished- which meant a lot to me that she was actually wanting to help me get the lashes off. The process was pretty painless and felt no discomfort.
She got off pretty much all of my lashes, but I did have some glue residue left. Again, the lashes weren’t budging with the gel to begin with since my lashes were so fresh and since the glue that was used on my eyes was a foreign product. With a little tlc and oil, the remaining adhesive came come off with time. Bibi was incredibly nice and professional and I really do appreciate her help!

Bibi provides a terrific client experience! She’s the utmost professional and is always flexible and on time. She’s been doing my lashes for years now and she’s kept them in tip top shape. They look so natural , I get compliments all the time! I would highly recommend her.

TRULY THE BEST. Been getting my lashes done every two weeks from her for almost 4 years! Bibi is not only so kind and caring but she Is beyond professional. She takes the time to understand the look you want, whether you change it months later, and she nails it. I got my best friend to see her and she also till this day only gets her lashes done by Bibi! The salon is so cute and makes you feel relaxed. I fall asleep every single time and wake up prettier!
