Frequently closed during business hours with a sign in the window showing that they will return 10-15 minutes. This is my 4th time trying to drop off clothes during established business hours that are posted on the door. Sometimes the clerk returns and she forgets to remove the come back later sign, so you wait for no reason. If she notices you waiting she will come out and tell you the shops open, despite the sign saying the opposite and the always closed window drapes so you can’t see anyone inside, with an almost accusatory tone, like you’re the idiot for waiting. One of the worst services I've ever had. First they take a few days to get you back your clothes I'm not talking about one or two but three days or more. The service isn't that great. And theyre expense AF. Like seriously something that will cost me $40 at my old place cost me $100! I recently moved around the area and was looking for a new cleaner to take my clothes. Find some other place folks this was bad. Too costly. As far as service yes they did my clothes. 2 stars
Uncooperative staff Tried to use a coupon but in very very very small print says drop off only No worries Will probably go somewhere else now Hope the $5 was worth losing a customer
