I love it here! Jessica at the front is so sweet and so helpful and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, and Sabrina is amazing! Sabrina has made me feel so relaxed and made the process of dissolving the filler I had gotten somewhere else as comfortable as possible. She also made such a great plan for the filler I do after this and I know I’m in great hands here.

If I could give a 0 I would have....Not a place I would recommend...when people become dark then there's no amount of light that can shine on them. BUYER BE VERY AWARE of companies who make up their rules and polices off the cuff. I have since brought my complaint to FTC aka Federal Trade Commission regarding this matter! I have a right to decline any service I want without this company trying to delegate what I can and cannot do especially when this was NOT explained NOR aware of this so called policy. To be continued with FTC outcome and recommended suggestions. I will Happily share this IMPORTANT information with the hopes of saving others from this kind of unfair practices etc. Dec 20th 2024

Absolutely OBSESSED with my lip filler results from Sabrina! From start to finish, my experience was flawless. The team was incredibly professional, took the time to explain every step and made me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back! I had a consultation scheduled - arrived early and on time. This office had no respect of my time. Waited for 30 mins with no update so I walked out. The person who was so to give me a consult saw me walked up to me and said “Hi let’s go!” No introduction and apology for running behind. Certainly not a good first impression to have confidence in a business to give me Botox! Nope! I will not be trusting them with my face.

It's been 2 years and I'm still upset about the under eye filler treatment I received here. I specifically asked for Heather when I booked my appt but was put with someone else. I specifically said I didn't want much. The injector suggested Juvederm Voluma which I wasn't familiar with at the time but went along with it. Now I severely regret it. She used a full syringe and I left looking puffy and developed a bump under my eye. 2 years later and that bump is still there and my under eye is now saggy, probably from migration and being overfilled. I never had this issue when I went to my dermatologist for subtle injections and I deeply regret coming here.

I went in to try BHRC since my mother in law goes here and recommended it (she told me after that she only will see Heather). I saw Sabrina who said I needed 60 units at a la carte price of $16/unit (most I've ever been given previously was 35-40). I told her I wanted a brow lift and specifically not heavy brows. She said that won't happen unless she placed the Botox too low, and unfortunately that's exactly what she did. I ended up with one heavy eyebrow that can't move at all and now creates a hooded eyelid, and one Spock eyebrow. My picture is my face at rest, it's worse when I'm moving my face or talking. I sent photos to BHRC and they told me Sabrina would give me a call to talk to me about what happened and my options. She never called, and they said she was just really busy with other clients. After a few days I cancelled all future appointments and called my previous provider who explained to me what was done wrong with the placement and I am going back there to fix it this week. She said that sadly there is nothing she can do for the heavy hooded brow and poor placement, and I'll have to wait for it to wear off, but she can at least make the other match.

By far, the best and most professional service from the person who greeted me when I walked in, to the person who did my botox. They're very experienced and perfect technique. No bruising and they take their time so you understand exactly what they're doing and the price. No surprises. I'm a new, loyal customer. Highly recommend them!

I get Botox here regularly. I'm a man in my late twenties. These places are typically for rich old ladies, I'm none of this, however I've never felt unwelcome or uncomfortable. The girls here are all super sweet and chill and welcoming. Their prices are fine, kind of normal for a med spa. The atmosphere is clean and unpretentious. I come here because they are always sweet and cool, especially the girls at the front desk. Thanks!
