This company was amazing. Super knowledgeable and efficient. This was my first time getting my carpets professionally cleaned and the pricing was great. I’ll definitely be using them again.

They did an absolute wonderful job removing the stains from my sectional sofa. I have 2 dogs and a cat and the amount of stains they caused it was time to have it deep cleaned. I was skeptical on if all the stains would come out since I do have a white colored fabric sectional, but somehow Best Carpet and Restoration got 99% of the stain removed. This was the only company that I called that did not try to upsell me on anything not had sleazy sales tactics. They had set prices, and from my estimates from other companies, they were the most reasonably priced for a cleaning. They came and serviced my house on a Sunday… Mother’s Day!!! Our dog got sick in the one room with carpet, and Chris was able to clean the space and make it feel fresh and clean. Not to mention, Chris gives off very positive vibes and has just a very kind energy about him- something I genuinely appreciate as I’m very sensitive to people’s energies and am reluctant to have strangers in my home. He was very easy to let in and did a quick and professional job. I will definitely be reaching out to this business again the next time I need service.
