They came out right away and were done in under an hour. The hive here at my office was just forming (luckily) so it was not extensive, but we were very pleased with how fast they came out and handled relocating the honey bees for us. We noticed bee-like insects flying in and out of a weep hole near the foundation of our home. Based on neighborhood recommendations, we called Bee Safe to have them removed. We took a video and sent it to the Bee Safe professional that we talked to. He was immediately able to identify them as aggressive German yellow jackets which are part of the wasp family. He told us that they eat beneficial insects including honey bees and also become more aggressive as their hive grows. He said that killing them was the best way to deal with them.
