I have been going to BEAUTY TIMES FOR YEARS!! Fantastic staff and always the same staff for years and years. Great mani and pedi and 5 stars to all their staff plus Julie who gives massages !!!

Very Poor management and poor service delivery. Girls reading their text message while giving a back rub. Girls reusing nail and toe nail clippers on patrons without breaking open the sterile bag for cleanliness. They don't want to spend their money to have these items cleaned. I had both a nail and staph infection from their unsanitary practices. These girls are too busy making as much money as possible and cut corners on patrons Seems like they are all in on it together and not interest in the wellness of their patrons. They are unfriendly and dismissive. Awful place. Stay away.

My daughter was there yesterday and she was without any adult, thay charger overpriced they took advantage on her And when I called to understand why the charge so high thay told me if you want, we will can take her nail off! Thay didn’t want to change the amount that the supposed to charge from the beginning and the hang up, the phone on my face And on the top of that, they did a very terrible job on her. Very not recommend place very bad service I was very very disappointed.

Incredibly rude staff. Polish chips after first day. They speak about you in a different language in front of you which is offensive. This should be a relaxing experience. Dallas has many nail salons who know how to treat their customers well. I will be going to one of those from now on.

Beauty Times is great! Clean , always seems to be someone available but I prefer to make an appointment. Tracy is wonderful! Very busy toward the end of the week! Great prices!

I came with my daughters to get our nails done the manicurists were super rude and impatient instead of being a relaxing experience it was a stressful experience do your self a favor go to the one across the street they are a lot nicer how disappointed

So wonderful. All staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Place huge and well arranged. I did not have time to do facial but I am planning to go back soon. I saw a lady who did and she really was excited. Thank you
