They were friendly at first but when I came back because there was confusion with my wig being WAY shorter than the one I picked out. They would not exchange or even compromise with me. I was later told that the wigs displayed have been pulled on where they stretch over 5 inches and look longer. Which they need to say that UPON PURCHASE Especially when I specifically told her I wanted the longer wig.. All sales on wigs are final and you cannot try them on. There’s always another Beauty Supply. Spend your money elsewhere.

The workers are nice and helpful. Unfortunately it’s small so their selection of hair is poor, they do not have many options at all for braiding hair. I have to drive to Carrollton when buying hair for my clients.

This place was just "okay". A little disorganized too. The isles are very cramped and a lot of the products are lined up on the floor because there is no shelf space. There's product everywhere! I feel like a long - tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs!!! ? My eyes dot all over the place because there's literally stuff all the way to the ceiling behind the checkout counter. I would hate to be the one to do inventory and goodness, I hope there's NEVER a fire. Please get a larger space.
