I like how the teacher (선생님들) massage my right shoulder to make it feel better . It is also very interesting how they use different machines like 전기 마사지 using heating and cold pads. There was a machine where I had to myself down on my back and the machine was pushing me kind of like a lever so it was pretty interesting to me. Through this massage erc... This has let me realize that I have to practice to fix my posture everyday wherever I go.
