Don't go here. They do not value the customers and will treat you like garbage. The students are not being trained to be professional in the way they deal with people and the director is a horrible person behind the scenes. The company backs this up and while it may seem like a company that values wellness they really will destroy your mental health. Also the Cosmetology educators just sit around and when they do anything they are smug and rude about it, especially Christine & Manny. Worst experience I've ever had as far as management goes. They cancelled two weekends in a row. They “can’t control when the students just don’t show.” If you’re teaching these students that they don’t have to show to appointments, you’re not teaching them well.

I saw Amelia this week and had a hair cut. I have short hair and I'm pretty picky. It's one of the best cuts I've ever had. She took her time to get it precisely right. She is also a color specialist. Last time she did an all over demi for me. It was great!

My first time at Aveda Institute in Dallas after moving here from Florida and going to the one in Tampa/Clearwater for over 10 years. I am pleased to say that I also got a fantastic hair cut here. It was done to my exact specifications and I was asked several times during the cut if it was the length I wanted. Too often at salons they cut it to their specifications, not yours! I can highly recommend the Dallas Aveda Institute without reservation!

Got my haircut done by Abigail, love love love the haircut. She did exactly what I wanted. Made sure the length was how I wanted it. And she knew her stuff really well. Finished my haircut within an hour. Definitely going back to get my hair done by her. It was perfect

Booked an appt weeks in advance. My appt is this morning at 9:15. At 8:40 I receive a voicemail saying they had students call out so they need to cancel. I had to get a babysitter for this and still have to pay this person so I’m out money and have no service. It’s super frustrating. I won’t waste my time and energy coming here

pretty nice experience. the people at the check-in counter were really friendly and my haircut was awesome. it took a little longer than i expected but thats ok. id absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a great haircut without spending a small fortune :)
