Chris who diagnosed my lack of heat was wonderful in explaining the scientific issues for me and had my new furnace installed the next day by two good installers who even cleaned up the mess afterwards. I'd recommend Appliance & Air Care Experts thumbs up! Hope you can get Chris for the first visit.

EDIT: I upped my rating because Bill called me to apologize after reading my review. He ended up refunding the service fee AND reimbursing me for the hotel stay. That wasn't my goal when I wrote the review, but, still, I was very pleasantly surprised that this business would go out of their way to take accountability for their actions. Because of this, I'd be willing to give them another chance should the need arise in the future.I originally called Appliance & Air Care Experts to help with a failing A/C system. My A/C would go out for 6-10 hours at a time and then come back on. The indoor temps would get to a miserable 89 degrees or so, then drop down when the system...read full review
