I was a little irritated with my first visit since they told me to stop with her ear treatment before her visit, then her ear closed up, and they couldn't examine it properly.
Each visit after has been really helpful, albeit expensive. Worth it as long as the treatments continue to be effective though!
Dr. Petersen is the most compassionate vet I've dealt with. She fully invests herself into the situation to do everything she can to help. My soul dog had pemphigus and she helped turn his situation around for the last 6 months of his life. Now, I have a rescue with long term skin needs due to his injury and I'm so grateful for the relationship I already have established with Dr. P in order to give Axel the best care possible!
