My appointment started right on time and everything went as expected. There was a large selection of frames to choose from, and I appreciate how every step of the appointment was explained to me. I’m glad I chose to have my annual eye exam here.

Never have I paid 130.00 for an eye exam. I came in with my insurance with the knowledge of my usual 10 to 20 dollars eye exam. I been a loyal client for the past 14 years. Never again. I only came here due to being loyal and knowing the exam cost was cheap. Not cool! If someone in higher up see this post please assist me with removing the cost and putting it towards my glasses lens.
Overall, Daisy was sweet and staff was professional.

I've been a patient here for a while I went in yesterday to see if I can get a disposable pair of contacts I still have months left before my prescription expires and I already have a supply left i just accidentally left them But the doctor told the girl to tell me no , even though I was willing to pay for them. That hurts but it's okay I will not be returning under these circumstances and my children will also not be returning I'll take my business elsewhere for my new prescriptions in the future

My coworker recommended me to get my eye exam here. Doctor was great- she was efficient yet thorough. The ladies gave me good tips for glasses and were very helpful as well.. they have a great deal on glasses. Definitely recommend this Addison location!

Cancelled my eye appointment as I was standing in line waiting to be checked in. Lesson learned: do not be patient and bug someone if you want to be seen

I lost a screw for my frames. I brought them in and they fixed them in less than 10 minutes, and changed my nose pads too! Great experience and people!

Absolutely fast service and helpful. My insurance eye med also fast to respond. I was in an out within an hour which is amazing timing. The ladies there who helped me from my exam to the one who help me choose from my glasses was super friendly and helpfully. I absolutely recommend.

Best experience I’ve EVER had visiting any location of America’s Best. Not only were we in and out, the staff explained things about my vision I’ve never known. Please take my advice and visit this location. And Ms Patricia was the cherry on top!

The staff is pretty nice, warm, and friendly. Each time I have gone in, they’ve been pretty helpful. As far as the quality of the exam portion, I would have to say it’s a bit off putting. I can tell they have quotas so it’s probably no point in giving negative feedback. I definitely felt rushed to finish and I had more questions to ask but was a bit rushed by the doctor to wrap up…… I had other issues and concerns but she was already done writing up my script….. so needless to say I was over it and will probably just get my eyes corrected so I don’t have to go through this for a long time…. My exam last year and this year were just so rushed…. Because who wants glasses they can’t see out of 🤣 Glasses selection is okay! I wish there were more options but I found some cute ones!! Please don’t respond with your email like the other posts. We get it, you don’t care lol

On yesterday I stopped by this location and Iris who is very professional helped me with my glasses! Iris took the time to adjust, and tightened my glasses up just right with no hesitation! Also when I asked her to help me understand stand my prescription on my newly purchased glasses from another America Best location , she took the time to explain the prescription . Thank you Iris for making my day ! Now I can see much better!
