Highly do not recommend. Terrible customer service. Absolutely, terrible customer service. My AC went out over the weekend. Come Monday, property manager diagnosed the issue, and told them. So, they were expected to come out later that day and didn't. Then, on the following day, they were expected to come in the morning, they didn't come until the end of the day. Where all they did was re-diagnosis the issue, and said they couldn't fix the issue that day. Then, on next day, they were expected to come at 9:00am, did not see someone until 12:30pm. I called Airtech when my AC stopped cooling and they responded immediately, offering to send a tech the next day. The tech identified the problem right away and suggested ordering a part to repair the Trane chiller rather than replacing it, saving me hundreds of dollars. A few days later, the part arrived and the tech installed it, resolving the problem. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and respectful.

I run a property management company and good AC techs are hard to come by...especially when you have to go up THREE stories to service a unit. I had called 5 different companies and service techs to come out and service, but all refused because of the location of the unit and because another service tech had fallen to his death a few years earlier. I got David Parnell's name and number from the condo's HOA and he met me within the hour! Luckily there were no major issues with the unit...but I will definitely be giving them a call again for any work that needs to be done. David was professional and courteous.
