I called and explained to the customer service representative that the motor on my RV28 roof mounted fan has stopped working. She started talking down to me as if I was the dumbest person in the world. She then gave me the process to follow to request a new motor and thermostat. I found the original receipt from Sept 2009 and emailed it with shipping information to Air Vent as instructed. Within a week, I received a new motor, thermostat and fan blades (which I had not requested but was happy to receive) I installed the new equipment and it has been running great for the past 5 days. I was VERY Leary about calling them because of the reviews on here, but I needed to get ahold them because no one else where I bought the attic fan could help me with a replacement motor. After being on the phone for LESS than five minutes, a SUPER lady had crossed referenced the number I gave her and made up a shipping label. She then gave me a tracking number and said I will receive the motor within 2 days. She was awesome and will keep her name for future reference. Will continue doing business with them in the future!!!!
