Worst customer service ever! I have been to them a few years back and decided to go again last month. I went in on Oct.13 and two people did my box braids in 3 hrs. I kind of felt that was too fast to do box braids but I trusted they did it correctly until I got home and seen that they rushed through my hair. My parts were not box, more so rectangular. I called and spoke with the owner about this manner and she stated that she would give me a discount and I could come in this month if I needed to get the front redone. Worst mistake I made was getting my braids done at this place!!!!!! I usually don't post horrible experiences because I think everyone should have their own experience but with this hair shop you should Definitely shop around and I'll tell you why..... *I got some INDIVIDUAL BRAIDS done and within a week I lost 20+ BRAIDS!!!!!!! I even called the owner of the shop but she smirked on the phone call as if it was my fault I lost the braids !!! I came to this brading gallery twice with in a month.I was a walk in. They were able to assist right away. I have been coming here for over 20 yrs.I haven't been here in a while because I've been wearing weaves. So anytime I need braids this is where I go. I'm looking great today thanks ladies ❤️. Forever my braider!!!
