Well Adam the Answerman has done it AGAIN -saved me from having to replace an appliance that could be repaired by me or me and my husband. No outside hired labor, no overpriced replacement parts. Just accurate diagnostic help and fast/fairly priced parts.
Over the past 25 years I have fixed my own clothes dryer, oven (2x) and dishwasher (2x) with his help. I have also been able to save money for older neighbor friends who just needed a new heating element in their ovens - not a new oven.

I have used Adam The Answerman since the mid 80's. First it was Steve's dad working the counter in the 80's, Steve's mom in the 90's and then Steve took over. Once again he came thru and helped me fix our dryer. Thank you

Once again Steve at Adam the answer man came through for me yesterday again. L I've been using these guys for 30 years. Today the heater stopped working on my trane. Troubleshooting with YouTube I found I needed an ignighter.. they didn't have one in stock this morning but he called me back later in the day and he had gone and picked one up for me to grab on my way home. My wife was happy and warm by dinnertime
