I have used Adam The Answerman since the mid 80's. First it was Steve's dad working the counter in the 80's, Steve's mom in the 90's and then Steve took over. Once again he came thru and helped me fix our dryer. Thank you

Once again Steve at Adam the answer man came through for me yesterday again. L I've been using these guys for 30 years. Today the heater stopped working on my trane. Troubleshooting with YouTube I found I needed an ignighter.. they didn't have one in stock this morning but he called me back later in the day and he had gone and picked one up for me to grab on my way home. My wife was happy and warm by dinnertime

The other day my washing machine, Kenmore Elite, displayed an error code of P E. I decided to call a repairman from my manual, and he diagnosed the issue as a motherboard replacement. I felt shocked due to the machine working adequately up until this day. I was talking to my friend, and she recommended the Answerman. I am so relieved to speak to Steve. He was pleasant, informative and efficient. He also agreed that the motherboard was ultimately to blame for the issue. Although I am not buying a new motherboard, over $700, I do feel confident in purchasing another washing machine at this time. I would highly recommend The Answerman to all of my family and friends!
