The baking element in my oven burned up (literally!). Thought I could probably replace it myself sooooo! I called Adam the Answer Man with the part number. Steve was quick to determine whether it was in stock. (It was!). The price was reasonable and in line with what was available on line. I arrived to pick it up and he had it on the counter waiting for me. When I told him I was going to replace it myself, he very kindly offered a couple of helpful tips. While there I recalled how permanently ugly my drip pans were(or whatever they’re called) and asked if he had those in stock. He did so I got those too! He wished me well and sent me on my way.
