I want to thank James Young for going above and beyond to help me out! I’ve been living in my home for over 16 plus years and I never realized the importance of having downspouts. I advised James, I had been struggling every time it would rain. It seemed as though each and every time it rained, a waterfall would come gushing down the hillslope up ahead into my backyard and around the sides of my home. Standing water could sit there for days after it rained, creating issues with my foundation. I was needing my roof assessed because State Farm refused to cover our home because of our roof. I called A-1 and they came out right away. A few shingles needed replaced but, otherwise my roof is in great shape. They are very responsive and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.
