Wilmer showed up, same day, and got my AC back up and running with ease. Was very informative of my current situation, offered me some tid-bits for any future services that would save me money, and informed me of an additional 5 year warranty I could claim on my A/C unit with the manufacturer. People like that deserve to be acknowledged, and it was clear he wasn’t out here to simply make a quick service fee. Wilmer is definitely here to serve the community! A/C still running strong, thanks again for making my house habitable again!! Would absolutely recommend his services to family, friends, and general public!

Highly recommend Wilmer! I had an upstairs AC system go out at my Airbnb just two days before guests were arriving. Wilmer and his son came out and replaced the air handler and condenser and had everything up and running in time for my guests.
They make a great team. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and dependable. Wilmer even came back the following week to troubleshoot another issue and had it fixed in no time.
This was back in July, and the AC has been running flawlessly ever since, even through the 100+ degree Texas heat. We are now in September. Really appreciate Wilmer coming through for me on such short notice. I’ll definitely be using him again!

Amazing customer service. We had a custom build and the builders used WM for HVAC and some other duct work. Wilmer was very professional and was able to do some complicated duct work for our house!
However the service came in when we had some AC troubles a few months in. Wilmer came out late evening immediately and was able to fix if. He was always responsive and great work. He came back again in a few weeks to replace some parts (not his fault) but overall I am impressed with the customer seri r and I would recommend WM for anyone for their custom home installations.
