would give this clinic 0 stars. Honestly, I had a very bad experience with my child there. The first time I went, I never even saw the doctor. The receptionist told me to bring the X-rays from the previous clinic so that on the day of the procedure they could take advantage of it and do everything at once. I did it even though I didn’t like that approach because I expected them to do their own evaluation and explain what treatment was needed.
At the second appointment, they changed everything and said they would only work on one tooth because it would take too long, and that my child would be sedated so he wouldn’t feel anything.
Then, on the day of the procedure, they changed the plan again and said there wouldn’t be enough time to complete the treatment for the tooth. It felt like constant back and forth with no clear plan.
In the end, they sedated my child and supposedly, even after giving him medication to make him sleepy, they said he still wasn’t cooperating. I asked them to let me go in and talk to him, but they told me there was no time because the appointment was already over.
They showed very little patience with children and didn’t seem interested in finding a way to make the treatment work. From my experience, it felt like money was their main concern rather than providing proper care.

I’ve visited this dentist twice now for routine cleanings and both visits have been very pleasant. Dr. Ahmed is warm & welcoming and very knowledgeable on the correlation between the jaw/mouth anatomy & migraines which I appreciate as someone who suffers from chronic headaches. That said, she proposes solutions to these issues in a passionate manor, discusses the cost and benefits, and takes the time to listen to your thoughts and concerns, all without being ‘pushy’ which I also appreciate.

We had been here several times previously without issue, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I brought my 13-year-old son in for a visit, knowing he was already anxious and in significant pain, so I specifically asked to be brought back so I could speak with the dentist first. The dental assistant told me that due to COVID protocols, she would first take his X-rays and then come get me. She even told my son the same thing while he was in the back.
    That never happened.
Instead, the dentist completed his cleaning and even pulled one of his teeth without first speaking to me, despite my explicit request to be involved before treatment proceeded.
When the dentist finally came out, rather than addressing my concerns, she lectured me about how my son is getting older and should be going back by himself. This felt both presumptive and insulting, as my son has gone back independently before, and this was not about me being overprotective—it was about a child who was anxious and in pain.
What was most upsetting was seeing how distressed my son was afterward. He told me the procedure was extremely painful, that he was flinching, and that the dentist called him a “baby.” When I tried to clarify this with the dentist, the concern was dismissed.
The biggest issue here was the complete breakdown of trust: being told I would be brought back and then not being included, treatment proceeding without the communication I specifically requested, and my child feeling mocked while in pain.
Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

HORRIBLE experience. Never been to the dentist before because never needed to since I’ve always been very cautious and always took care of my teeth. Made the decision to come in to this dentistry to get basic cleaning. Dentist did a check up and started coming up with all these things that I needed well I listened and understood because I never had any work done so agreed to it because I thought it would protect me for the future. Work was done and my bite was not the same, she explained the reason behind and stated I could come in at any time to get it adjusted but after the fist few visits that I had to come in the bite was still not the same and didn’t go back until a month or so later because I couldn’t be taking time off from work but the dentist presumed I should be able to request time off as if she knew my life better than I did to be requesting time off from my job. I decided to schedule a last visit to finalize this issue she left me with and when scheduling the visit there was no mentioning of a charge at all so I showed up assuming she would at least charge me the dentist visit but after her barely touching the issue she wanted to charge me for every tooth I brought up to her that I was still having issues with. Almost $100 for something she was suppose to fix that at the end of the last visit she didn’t get it fixed but was now blaming the fact that I need more work done a supposed “neuromuscular issue” had suddenly came up and stated I wouldn’t go back to normal unless I take care of that. Good information but would’ve been great to hear this before any work was done so I could’ve taken care of bigger issue instead of wasting my insurance on something that I didn’t have to do.
