I called two days ago to the salon letting them know I wanted my hair washed, blow dried, and STRAIGHTENED. I have thick and waveish hair so I told them I wanted it bone straight and they just laughed and said okay and booked my appointment for Saturday morning. I get a call at like 8:45am saying my stylist changed. Okay no big deal. Again I said whoever can straighten my hair. Again just got a laugh and okay. I have had the stylists before and he is always nice and considerate. Kudos to Jaslynn l, she was extremely helpful in suggesting curly hair products. She also gave me some hair care & styling tips, very much appreciated. Dina & another lady were very helpful in my checkout process w/an egift card I was trying to use. They assisted me thru the entire process of activating & using the gift card. Each of these ladies going the extra mile just made the shopping experience that much better ?

I had an amazing experience with Lorna C. for my full highlight, She is incredibly talented, attentive, and made sure to really understand the look I was going for. The color turned out absolutely gorgeous vibrant, natural, and perfectly blended. On top of that, Lorna C. was so friendly and professional throughout the whole appointment, making me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality hair work!
