I called them because I needed a new company. WOW! What an experience! Doug showed up within hours and fixed my problem within 15 minutes! I called Sunday (parts places closed, not an issue), and he was out on Monday early morning. Instead of the regular garbage about needing a new fan motor or other part, he diagnosed the problem as a clogged pan in the attic within minutes. He was dressed professionally and fixed my clogged pan in minutes. Not only that, he showed me how to maintain it myself. I will recommend Doug and his company to all my friends and coworkers from now on. Anyone who reads this? What are you waiting on? Dk you WANT to be overcharged for parts... read full review

After the power outages, my heater wasn't working in below freezing/ close to freezing temperatures and they answered the call and fixed the problem within 6 hrs!!Service: Heating system maintenance
