Jerry did a great job. He was punctual to the appointment, thorough, and accountable to relay the information. With 3 buildings on the property, it took most of the day. He still got the report to us by the end of the day and answered my questions. pretty impressive.thanks Jerry!
Scheduling an appointment with Sunbelt was hassle free, they asked the right questions to make sure I got the inspection type that meets my need and their database pull up the property info and my real estate agent's contact right away. My inspector, Jerry Brame, was very professional. I wasn't there at the inspection but he called me right after he was done to give me a quick update. Jerry delivered the report fast and the report was very comprehensive yet easy to read.
