I cannot say enough about the Cypress Mill location. Alysha along with Roshara, in addition to the others, are the epitome of professionalism. I have been going to this location since it opened. Alysha & Roshara have my name and the type of haircut memorized. Their attention to detail is meticulous.
My go to place for all my haircuts. Even while I was in the Marine Corps I always found myself at a sports clips. Now that one is right around the corner from me I continue to get my hair cut hear. Staff is always friendly and they get to the skin whereas some other places get close, but with stubble
I had a great experience with Shan at Sports Clips. She was extremely attentive and really engaged with me throughout the haircut. We had a great conversation, and I mentioned I was having a rough day she genuinely listened and even offered a positive perspective that honestly helped. On top of that, her haircut skills and customer service were solid from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend asking for Shan.
