I had Jimmy Hayes come and look at a water noise in the ceiling of my first floor and he was very professional and very knowledgeable; the whole process was quick and efficient. Would definitely use PDR services again in the future.
They worked hard to find the issue and begin the process of resolving our issue. The workers stayed until job was complete, and came back over weekend to ensure the fans were impacting the drying process.
I had the PLEASURE of working with PDR and their professional team! I was walked through every part of the process, they handled all the insurance processing and updates. Super friendly and so helpful the entire time. They did a beautiful job and I was so fortunate to have them guide me through this challenging process to repair my kitchen after a frozen pipe burst , causing flooding and extensive kitchen damage.
