On Sunday, I experienced a medical emergency where I had low blood sugar after my workout and Karmen helped me. I went to the front desk to ask her for a Gatorade to drink and she immediately assisted me with opening it. She saw that I was sweating and got me a cold towel to put on the back of my neck and instructed me to sit down next to the desk. I came here as a guest and it was as expected. This is a great gym for a basic fitness workout. Everything’s brightly colored in purple with equipment facing towards mirrors. All the equipment that I came across worked really well. It was a lot hotter than my gym, but it helped with burning extra calories.
I will say it caught me off guard when we went to try the back room equipment. The employee signing us up for the bed kept adjusting his pants very noticeably where it became uncomfortable. It was over the top and I did ask the friend that I went there with if she noticed and she confirmed it was an odd encounter.
Clean, affordable, with plenty of machines, staff are friendly, in a year never witness bad behavior of any member, every clean after workout, nice people and positive vibes with good music
